In 2021, I expanded the range of exercises I could offer my clients by training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). It was demanding at times—sometimes exhausting—but always rewarding and great fun.
Since then, teaching Pilates-based exercises has continued to deepen my understanding of how people move. Working one-to-one allows me to build structured, personalised exercise programmes that help clients achieve more in less time.
1-to-1 Pilates coaching is ideal if you prefer not to join large group classes, enjoy exercising at home, or simply want to refine your technique. These sessions help you build confidence, awareness, and a clearer understanding of your body. Programmes can also be accessed online afterwards or printed for convenience.
Many clients also choose to combine Pilates with massage therapy. Those who’ve tried a session of Pilates-based movement followed by massage often describe a profound sense of release and calm—a wonderful way to reconnect both body and mind.
If you’re interested in exploring movement, balance, and strength in a personalised 1-to-1 setting, I’d be delighted to chat.
